“Toxins” is a greater concern in this century then ever before. Our environment has much to do with this problem. Toxins from automobile emission, industrial wastes, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, are present everywhere in our environment. House cleaning chemicals, chemicals in our food, medicines we use, chemicals used to purify water make the problems worse. The body also produces many toxins which need to be eliminated. If not, they can cause blockages in the pathways. Our thoughts and emotions also can cause subtle toxic wastes.

All these toxins start building up over time, little by little like snow flakes. Eventually it becomes a big snow ball - a major health concern. Many of the current chronic diseases - allergies, arthritis, digestive problems, heart problems, and cancers are linked to chemical toxins.

The solution to the problem – Detoxify and cleanse the system periodically. When the healing energy flows throughout the body without interruption, it prevents many diseases. Follow the procedure for 7 days consecutively:

  • Breakfast - Khichadi
  • Lunch - Khichadi
  • Dinner - Skip
  • Water - Plenty of room temp water throughout the day


  • On the 8th day take Caster Oil
  • In the morning, around 5.00-5.30 am, mix 1/4th cup fruit juice and 4 tbsp of Castor oil. (Cocktail)
  • Sip some plain fruit juice, then drink the cocktail and again sip some more plain juice
  • In about ½ to 1 hour, you will start getting loose motions
  • For next 3-4 hours, you will have to run to the bathroom off and on. Sip warm water during this period
  • Around noon to 1 .00 pm the motions will stop automatically
  • Eat a small bowlful of soup, and take rest in the afternoon
  • In the evening, eat rice, soup and steamed vegetables
  • Over the next 2-3 days eat lighter foods (avoid cheese, meats and fried foods)
  • Thereafter, go back to eating healthy foods
